Our team of professionals has partnered with Align Wellness Physiotherapy to provide our patients with a thorough assessment process with a licensed physiotherapist. This will allow us to carry out a specifically designed rehabilitation program for our patients, involving focused stretching, mobility and strength exercises, home exercise instruction, foam rolling guidance, and more.

Mr. Jason Ferreira RMT, CPT, NFS, FMT

Jason has been dedicated to the Health and Fitness Industry for the past 18 years. First as a Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) and now as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), graduated from Medix College. His focus is on the health and well-being of his clients for whom he brings his passion and expertise for postural analysis, assessment, treatment of the human structure, physical training, and nutrition. Jason extends this passion towards those who are overcoming difficult obstacles in their lives by helping, educating, and encouraging his clients to achieve their goals. He truly believes that the way to achieve your goals, strengths, and dreams come from within. Jason’s treatment styles include myofascial mobilization, deep tissue with general relaxation, and joint mobilization.
